Redemption Instructions
• Visit www.whatsupwellness.in, open the menu, click Login, enter your mobile number, and verify with OTP.
• Browse products, select the item you want, and click Add to Cart.
• At checkout, choose “Add Balance to your GyFTR e-Pay & Use”, enter the voucher code, click Add, then Apply to redeem the voucher balance.
Terms and Conditions Instructions
1. This is a What's Up Wellness GV (Gift Voucher)/e-Pay that will be accepted on the What's Up Wellness website at https://www.whatsupwellness.in/.
2. The person who has the GV/e-Pay is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3. It cannot be cancelled/blocked once issued under any circumstances.
4. The GV/e-Pay can be used over and above any discounts offered by the brand on its website. However, only one code can be redeemed, either a Gift Voucher or a promo code, along with a Brand offer.
5. The GV/e-Pay can be used for all purchases of products and services at the What's Up Wellness website.
6. The GV/e-Pay can be converted into e-Pay as per the holder's convenience.
7. The GV/e-Pay balance cannot be transferred to another e-Pay account, exchanged for cash, or converted into any other form of currency.
8. The e-Pay balance must be linked to the registered mobile number.
9. After conversion into e-Pay balance, this GV is valid for partial redemption. The balance would remain in the e-Pay balance and can be used for multiple transactions within the validity period.
10. Only valid GV/e-Pay at the sole discretion of What's Up Wellness shall be accepted for redemption.
11. The GV/e-Pay CANNOT be revalidated once expired or cancelled under any circumstances.
12. What's Up Wellness /GyFTR is not responsible if the GV/e-Pay is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
13. If GV/e-Pay gets blocked on account of a technical issue, it will be enabled in 72 hours.
14. Any dispute should be referred to the company from which the GV/e-Pay has been received, and the company's decision shall be final.
15. What's Up Wellness /GyFTR reserves the right to withdraw, modify, cancel, or change the offer at any point without prior notice and at its sole discretion.
16. What's Up Wellness, GyFTR, or its affiliates shall not be responsible if the beneficiary shares the GV code number, pin, or account credentials, resulting in unauthorized use of the GV/e-Pay balance.
