Zemenix Digital Store collects the information needed to process your order: your account email and name, the delivery details you enter, and order and payment status.
You top up your wallet by telebirr or bank transfer. We never ask for your telebirr PIN or bank login. For each top-up we store the amount, the account you paid into, the transaction number, the sender name (if you give it) and the screenshot you upload, so our team can check the payment.
Delivery codes are stored encrypted and are visible only to you and to authorised staff when needed to resolve an issue.
Delivery details are shared with our supplier only to fulfil your order. We do not sell your personal information.
If you use our Telegram bot, we store your Telegram user ID and chat ID to send you order updates.
Contact us to request access to or deletion of your account data, subject to records we must keep for accounting and legal reasons.
