Zemenix Digital Store sells digital products (gift cards, airtime, eSIMs, subscriptions and related services) supplied by third-party providers.
Prices are shown in the currency stated on each product. The price you confirm at checkout is the price you pay. If a supplier price changes before you pay, you will be asked to confirm the new price.
Orders are paid from your store wallet, which you top up by telebirr or bank transfer. Money is added to your wallet only after we have checked your top-up, and an order is processed once it is paid from your wallet balance. You are responsible for entering correct delivery details (email, phone number, player ID or link); products delivered to the details you provided cannot be reversed.
Digital products are subject to the terms of the brand that issues them, including region restrictions shown on the product page.
We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent or abusive.
