Terms of use
1. This card could be used in the Wal-Mart store (including Wal-Mart Shopping Plaza and Sam's Club) and the exclusive Wal-Mart store. Please consult the Wal-Mart store for a list of special Wal-Mart stores.
2. This card is an unregistered card, cannot be reported lost, and has no password.
3. If the validity period is exceeded, please call 4000888400 for extension or consult the Wal-Mart store service desk.
4. Invoices will not be issued again when using this card at Wal-Mart stores.
5. This card must be used together with a Sam's Club membership card when it is used at Sam's Club.
6. For other related matters, please refer to the Wal-Mart Gift Card Regulations published by Wal-Mart Stores.

How to redeem
How To Redeem?
1. Go to your Walmart account
2. Click on the Account tab
3. Go to Payment Methods and add a new Gift Card
4. Enter the Gift Card information and confirm

Step 1: Click on "Account" in the upper-right corner.
Step 2: Choose "Wallet" and then click on "Gift Card".
Step 3: Enter the 16-digit ID number and the four-digit PIN.
Step 4: Type in the name of the gift card and click on "Save Card".
Restriction
Any single transaction can have a reload amount of $100. The gift card balance can be as high as $1000
