Redemption Instructions

1. Go to the Payment section in the Uber app

2. Tap Add Payment Method and select Gift Voucher

3. Enter Gift Code

4. The expiry of the specific voucher will be provided along with the code.

5. Note: As per Uber’s policy, Codes that belong to the same campaign cannot be redeemed under a single account. Each code needs to be redeemed separately using different accounts.

Terms of use

1. You must have an active and valid Uber account to redeem the voucher. Vouchers may not be transferred between Uber accounts.

2. You may be required to add a secondary payment method if the voucher balance is not sufficient to cover the price of your service. Limits may apply to your redemption or spend. No fees apply.

3. Vouchers have the expiry shown on the voucher (if applicable). Max one voucher can be purchased and only one voucher can be redeemed per user at a time.
