Redemption Instructions
In store only
1. Present your printed Tesco Digital Gift Card at the till. The barcode should be clearly printed and visible to the Tesco colleague. If using your mobile device, the Tesco colleague will ask you to present the barcode to the scanner.
2. If the barcode does not scan, a Tesco colleague can manually enter the 19-digit gift card number and 4-digit PIN.
3. If this does not work, the Tesco Digital Gift Card will require manual authorisation. Please go to the customer service desk for further help and information.

They can be used to purchase any of the thousands of goods stocked in Tesco stores in the UK, this gives the user a truly huge choice of products and locations.
How to redeem
1. To redeem online: You can redeem your Tesco Digital Gift Card online at tesco.com.
Just select the gift card payment option and enter your Card Number and PIN at the online checkout.
2. To redeem in-store: You can spend your Tesco Digital Gift Card at any Tesco store or Tesco direct desk. Simply print it out and present at the till.

Restriction
A credit/debit card is required for online processing and identification purposes. You must be aged 18 or over to use online.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash/credit. The card and balance will expire four years from purchase or last use.
