• Go to Account then click on Claim Gift Card, enter your Gift Card code, and tap Claim Gift Card to add the balance to your LUZO Wallet.
• Book your appointment on the LUZO app. After your service, pay via LUZO and select Use Gift Card on the payment page to redeem your balance.
Terms and Conditions Instructions
1. This is a Luzo GV/GC (Gift Voucher/Gift Card) issued by Salonsurf Ventures Pvt Ltd, and it will be accepted only on the Luzo app.
2. The person having the GV/GC is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3. To redeem the GV/GC, the beneficiary must download the Luzo app, sign up, and add the GV/GC balance to their Luzo wallet through the "Claim Gift Card" option in the account section.
4. The GV/GC can be used for salon, spa, and clinic services booked through the Luzo app at partner outlets.
5. The GV/GC can be clubbed with existing offers.
6. The GV/GC can be used during a sale.
7. Once added, the GV/GC balance is credited to the beneficiary's Luzo wallet and can be used across multiple transactions until the balance is exhausted.
8. Multiple GV/GCs can be added to the Luzo wallet. There is no limit on the number of GV/GCs that can be added.
9. To redeem the balance, the beneficiary must book an appointment via the Luzo app, receive confirmation, visit the salon/spa/clinic, and after service, select "Use Gift Card" on the payment page.
10. If the purchase value exceeds the Luzo wallet balance, the remaining amount must be paid through another available payment mode.
11. The GV/GC balance cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or converted into any other form of currency.
12. GV/GCs are non-refundable, non-transferable, may not be exchanged or resold, and may not be redeemed for cash.
13. The GV/GC CANNOT be revalidated once expired or cancelled under any circumstances.
14. Salonsurf Ventures Pvt Ltd/GyFTR is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen GV/GCs.
15. If the GV/GC gets blocked on account of a technical issue, it will be reactivated within 72 hours.
16. Salonsurf Ventures Pvt Ltd/GyFTR reserves the right to change, cancel, or update any of the terms and conditions of this offer at any time without prior notice.
17. Any dispute related to the GV/GC should be referred to Salonsurf Ventures Pvt Ltd, and the decision of the company shall be final.
