Redemption Process

Present the Gift card code at the store Billing counter to redeem the value.

Note: Partial Redemption is not allowed; full value must be redeemed. in single transaction

Terms of use

• This eGift Card is only valid for a ONE TIME purchase, against the full value of the eGift Card.

• Partial redemption is not allowed.

• This eGift Card is redeemable for any merchandise offered in any Apparel stores across UAE, except Outlet malls.

• This eGift Card is not redeemable at Tim Hortons, Ecom (6 th Street.com, Nessa.com, ALDO shoes.me & R&Bfashion.com

• To find the nearest brand and store at which this eGift Card can be redeemed, please visit www.appareluae.com, choose the category and brand, click on store details, and find the nearest store location listed under UAE.

• Expired eGift cards cannot be extended, exchanged or refunded.

What is Levis

A Levi's gift card is a prepaid card that can be used as a form of payment for purchases at Levi's stores or on the Levi's website. The card can be loaded with a specific amount of money and given as a gift to someone else, or you can purchase one for yourself to use for future purchases at Levi's.

How to redeem

Gift cards can be used at any Levi’s® Retail Store or U.S. Levi’s® Outlet Stores and online at Levi.com. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed at department stores or non-brand specialty stores.

Terms & Policy

All gift cards purchased online or in-store are not able to be returned or refunded.

If you choose to return an online order purchased with a gift card:

If returned by mail or through Happy Returns, a new e-gift card will be emailed to the original email address on the order for the amount of the item(s) returned.

If an online order is returned to a physical store location, the amount of the item(s) returned will be refunded to the customer in the form of a new physical Gift Card.

For an online order purchased with a gift card and another payment method, the refund will first be emailed to the original email address on the order for the gift card amount used. The remaining portion of the refund will go back to the other payment method used.

Levi Strauss & Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards, or the unauthorized use of a gift card.
