Redemption Instructions
• Visit the Koskii website, select your preferred product and click “Buy Now” or “Add to Bag.”
• At checkout, select “Add Balance to Your E-Pay & Use.”. Enter your GyFTR Voucher Code and Click “Add.”
• The voucher amount will be added to your Koskii E-Pay balance. Use it to complete your purchase.
• For Offline Redemption, users are required to add their GV/GC to their e-Pay wallet balance via brandpts.com/login before going to the cash counter.
Terms and Conditions Instructions
1. This is a Koskii GV (Gift Voucher)/e-Pay that will be accepted on the Koskii website at www.koskii.com and all Koskii exclusive brand outlets.
It cannot be cancelled/blocked once issued under any circumstances.
2. The holder of the GV/e-Pay is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3. Koskii Gift Voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.
4. The Gift Voucher GV/e-Pay can be used over and above any discounts offered by the brand on its website and the exclusive brand outlets.
5. The GV/e-Pay can be used for all purchases of products and services at the Koskii website and the exclusive brand outlets.
6. The GV/e-Pay can be converted into e-Pay as per the holders convenience.
7. The e-Pay balance must be linked to the registered mobile number.
8. After conversion into e-Pay balance, this GV is valid for partial redemption.
The balance would remain in the e-Pay balance and can be used for multiple transactions within the validity period.
9. GV/e-Pay balance is non-refundable, may not be exchanged, transferred, or resold, and
may not be redeemed for cash or converted into any other form of currency.
10. Only valid GV/e-Pay at the sole discretion of Koskii/GyFTR shall be accepted for redemption.
11. The GV/e-Pay CANNOT be revalidated once expired or cancelled under any circumstances.
12. GyFTR/Koskii is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen GV/e-Pay. Koskii, GyFTR,
or its affiliates shall not be responsible if the beneficiary shares the GV/GC number, pin,
or account credentials, resulting in unauthorized use of the GV/e-Pay balance.
13. GyFTR/Koskii India reserves the right to add, alter, amend, and revise the terms and
conditions without prior notice, and without assigning any reasons.
14. Koskii/GyFTR reserves the right to withdraw, modify, cancel, or change the offer at any
point without prior notice and at its sole discretion.
15. Koskii/GyFTR reserves the right to deny accepting any GV/e-Pay if it suspects that there is a duplicity of cards.
16. If GV/e-Pay gets blocked on account of a technical issue, it will be enabled in 72 hours.
17. Any dispute should be referred to the company from which the GV/e-Pay has been received, and the company's decision shall be final.
