2. Add products to your shopping cart; JD gift cards are only valid for JD self-operated items, excluding books, virtual products, pre-sale items, sale items, investment items, Duobao Island, JD International, JD Pharmacy, third-party items and any items affected by government policy or restricted by law.
3. On the payment page, choose "Use Discount", then "Gift Card".
4. Enter the JD E-card PIN and click "Bind" to attach the E-card to your account; multiple JD E-cards can be bound and used.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions.

1. Binding: log in directly at giftcard.jd.com/giftcard/index.action , enter the card and click Bind.
2. JD E-cards can be used together with coupons (Dong and Jing coupons) and do not conflict with JD discount events, but cannot be used at the same time as a JD Card.
3. A maximum of 49 JD E-cards can be used per order.
4. Any remaining balance must be paid with another payment method.
5. For returns, the refund is credited back to the gift card in your account, and the remaining amount can be used for your next purchase.
6. If a JD E-card pays for part of an order, the invoice only covers the amount paid by other methods; for example, if you pay for a 115-yuan item with a 100-yuan JD E-card, the invoice amount is 15 yuan.
7. JD E-cards can only be used for JD self-operated products (marked as shipped and invoiced by JD); they cannot be used for self-operated publications, third-party sellers' goods, gold and silver investment, virtual products such as air tickets, lottery tickets, mobile top-up and game cards, group purchases, or Duobao Island products.
8. There is no minimum purchase amount; you only need to use the card within its validity period.
9. Please check JD stock availability and delivery for large items.
