Redemption Instructions
Steps to Redeem-
• Activate your ITC Hotels e-Gift Card before redeeming it.
• The E-Gift Card can be redeemed at any of the participating ITC Hotels, Welcomhotels, Fortune Hotels & WelcomHeritage Hotels.
• At the time of check-out/ settling the invoice, use your e-Gift to redeem it by sharing the 16 digit card number and the OTP received on the registered mobile number.
• A valid card in its original form must be presented at the time of availing a service.
The experiences & services include
• Stays (including Food and Beverage charges, internet and telephone services) when booked through direct channels (ITC Hotels website)
• Standalone Food and Beverage charges including alcoholic beverages
• Food & Beverage, Home Delivery & Takeaway Orders
• Spends at Fabelle boutiques at ITC Hotels
• Spa (only as a resident guest unless specified otherwise in T&C) & Salon charges
• Spends at select participating hotel /Delis
• Applicable taxes
The gift card must be presented at the time of availing a service, an OTP will be sent to customer’s registered mobile number.
Terms of use
1. ITC Hotels Gift Card is issued by Pine Labs Private Limited.
2. To register and activate your ITC Hotels Gift Card, please log in to the self-serve application https://bit.ly/itcclaim . You can also send an SMS from your mobile phone as follows: ACT(space)16-Digit Card Number(space)6 Digit Pin(space)FirstName(space)LastName to 75069 98660. The sending of the said message to the designated mobile number and receipt of due acknowledgement thereto shall constitute registration of the User.
3. Requests for blocking of Gift Cards only from users who have registered in accordance with the terms of Gift Card mentioned below shall be considered.
4. The Gift Card may be redeemed at participating Hotels by providing the 16-digit card number and the OTP at the time of redemption. The Gift Card must be activated to avail redemption
5. Gift Card may be used only at participating ITC’s Hotels Group in India.
6. All Gift Cards issued shall have a validity period of 1 (one) year from the date of issuance of cards.
7. Cash-out or funds transfer shall not be permitted for this Gift Card. However, the funds may be transferred ‘back to source account’ (account from where Gift Card was loaded) after receiving consent of the Gift Card holder.
8. This Gift Card is cash equivalent. Pine Labs, ITC Hotels or their affiliates are not responsible if this Gift Card is lost, stolen or used without permission.
9. In case the customer approaches Pine Labs for refund of any amount, at any time after the expiry date of the Gift Card, then the same shall be paid to the customer in their bank.
10. Reloading is not applicable in case of this Gift Card.
11. Any dispute shall be referred to Pine Labs and the decision of Pine Labs shall be final.
12. Subject to the foregoing, these terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts at Gurugram, India.
13. Pine Labs & ITC Hotels reserve the entitlement to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. Any change in these terms and conditions can be viewed on the website https://itchotels.woohoo.in/
14. No fees or charges apply to Gift Cards.
15. The cardholder may request for the revalidation of the expired gift card. Upon receipt of such request the gift card may be revalidated after due verification and maybe subject to additional terms and conditi
