Redemption Instructions
1. Click on the "Click to Redeem" button.
2. Click on "Accept" to proceed to the next step.
3. Enter your mobile number to receive an OTP. Please note that this mobile number will be linked to this voucher: the mobile number owner will need to be present at IKEA Customer Service to provide a new OTP when prompted, to verify that the voucher belongs to them.
4. Once you have entered the OTP, you will receive the redemption code.
5. Visit any of the IKEA stores in Singapore. Before you start shopping, proceed to the IKEA Customer Service area.
6. Scan the QR code displayed at the IKEA Customer Service area to get a queue number: select PROMO REDEMPTION and a queue number will be generated.
7. At the IKEA Customer Service counter, give the IKEA co-worker your redemption code. Once it is entered into the system, you will receive an OTP that must be given to the IKEA co-worker on duty.
8. Once the system accepts the OTP, you will be given a physical IKEA gift card topped up with an equal amount of S$ credits.
9. Use this physical gift card for your purchases at the IKEA checkouts in the local IKEA stores and restaurants.

8. Setelah sistem menerima OTP, anda akan diberikan kad hadiah fizikal IKEA yang telah ditambah nilai dengan jumlah kredit S$ yang sama.
9. Gunakan kad hadiah fizikal ini untuk pembelian anda di kaunter bayaran IKEA di kedai dan restoran IKEA.

1. eGift card validity is as mentioned. This eGift Card is valid for use only at IKEA Alexandra, Tampines, Jurong in Singapore. Please refer to the redemption steps for instructions on IKEA Gift Card redemption.
2. This eGift Card is not exchangeable for cash. Multiple redemptions are NOT allowed on this eGift Card. If redemption amount is less than the eGift Card value, then the balance will be forfeited upon redemption. Value of each eGift Card cannot be split into multiple IKEA Gift Cards.
