At IKEA stores you can find everything you need for home and more: sofas, shelves, beds, tables, lamps, furniture and accessories for the bathroom, bedroom, kitchen and living room. The IKEA gift card is cumulative and can be used several times until the credit is used up or expired.

Redemption Instructions
1. IKEA e-gift card can be redeemed in-store & online.
2. To redeem the Gift Card, the customer must enter/provide the Card number and PIN at checkout.

Terms of use
1. The Gift Card can be used only at IKEA stores and IKEA online in UAE. Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
2. The Gift Card cannot be obtained or redeemed for cash, returned or refunded and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged. This also applies to expired Gift Cards. If misplaced, IKEA cannot block or cancel the Gift Card and will not be responsible for any transactions on lost/stolen Gift Cards. As the Gift Card is transferable, IKEA is not responsible for checking the ownership of the Gift Card before acceptance at the checkout.
3. Gift Cards can be used to purchase discounted products. The Gift Card can only be loaded once and cannot be topped up. The Gift Card can be loaded with a minimum balance of AED 50, and a maximum balance of AED 5,000.
4. The Gift Card can be used for complete or partial payment and as many times until the balance is zero. In-store customers can pay part of the total purchase value by Gift Card and the other part by cash or credit/debit card. Online customers can pay part of the total purchase value by Gift Card and the other part by credit or debit card. Cash on delivery will not be available to purchases where part payment is done with a Gift Card.
5. Refunds of merchandise purchased with the Gift Card will be in the form of another Gift Card or refund card only. All refunds are subject to IKEA’s official Refund Policy which may change from time to time.
6. Receipt and use of this Gift Card constitute acceptance of the Terms and Conditions, which we recommend you read carefully on www.ikea.ae. IKEA reserves the right to change the terms and conditions governing the use of the Gift Card from time to time at its sole discretion. IKEA's decisions on all matters relating to the use of the Gift Card shall be final and binding on the Customers.

2. لا يمكن الحصول على بطاقة الهدايا أو استبدالها بالنقد أو إرجاعها أو استرداد قيمتها، ولا يمكن استبدالها في حال فقدانها أو سرقتها أو تلفها. وينطبق ذلك أيضًا على بطاقات الهدايا منتهية الصلاحية. في حال فقدانها، لا تستطيع ايكيا حظر بطاقة الهدايا أو إلغاءها ولن تكون مسؤولة عن أي معاملات على البطاقات المفقودة/المسروقة. ونظرًا لأن بطاقة الهدايا قابلة للتحويل، فإن ايكيا غير مسؤولة عن التحقق من ملكية البطاقة قبل قبولها عند الدفع.
3. يمكن استخدام بطاقات الهدايا لشراء المنتجات المخفضة. يمكن شحن بطاقة الهدايا مرة واحدة فقط ولا يمكن إعادة تعبئتها. ويمكن شحنها برصيد أدنى 50 درهمًا ورصيد أقصى 5,000 درهم.
