This is a Helios GV/GC (Gift Voucher/Gift Card), and it can be redeemed only at the listed Helios outlets.
Terms of use
1. This is a Helios GV/GC (Gift Voucher/Gift Card), and it can be redeemed only at the listed Helios outlets.The holder of the GV/GC is deemed to be the beneficiary.
2. The beneficiary should announce the intent of using the GV/GC before making a purchase. Only a valid GV/GC at the sole discretion of Helios shall be accepted for redemption.
3. This is a one-time use GV/GC, and partial redemption is not allowed.
4. No refund or credit note would be issued against the unused GV/GC balance.
5. The GV/GC cannot be clubbed with discounts and other store offers.
6. The GV/GC cannot be redeemed for Smart Wearable products & Titan Nebula collection of Watches.
7. Up to 5 GV/GCs can be clubbed for a single bill.
9. The GV/GC cannot be revalidated once expired.
10. Helios is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen GV/GCs.
12. Helios, at its sole discretion, may add or remove an outlet from the participating store list without giving any prior notice.
13. Helios makes full efforts to accept the GV/GC, but on account of any technical/administrative reasons, an outlet may refuse to accept the GV/GC.
14. This GV/GC cannot be redeemed on specific block-out dates. Helios may add or delete any date at its sole discretion.
15. Helios or any of its partners would not be liable for any form of compensation on account of an outlet not being able to accept the GV/GC. The customer would be liable to settle the invoice in such cases.
16. If a GV/GC gets blocked on account of a technical issue, the GV/GC would be usable only after 72 hours.
17. Any dispute should be referred to the company from which the GV/GC has been received, and the company's decision shall be final.
