1. Here's how it works: Redeem the e-gift card at hm.com or present the card at any H&M store in Germany for full or partial payment for goods.
2. The corresponding amount will be deducted from the balance on your card.
3. The remaining balance will appear on your receipt.
4. Your balance cannot be redeemed for cash but can only be used for future purchases.
5. You can check your balance by providing your card number by calling the toll-free service number 0800 - 6655900, at the checkouts of any H&M store, or on our website hm.com/giftcard.

1. The gift card is valid in the country where it was purchased.
2. With an H&M gift card, your loved ones can buy their favourite items in any H&M store or in the online shop at hm.com in Germany.
3. An H&M gift card can be used to pay for all or part of a purchase.
4. The amount is deducted from the gift card, and the remaining balance is shown on the receipt.
5. If the H&M gift card does not cover your whole purchase on hm.com, you can pay the rest with another payment method.
6. Once the H&M gift card has expired, it can no longer be used for payment or reactivated, and the unused amount will not be refunded.
7. H&M accepts no liability for lost, stolen or damaged H&M gift cards after activation.
8. Treat H&M gift cards like cash.
9. This card is not a cheque guarantee, credit or change card, and cannot be exchanged for cash or used to buy other H&M gift cards.
