Redemption Instructions
• Visit the restaurant as per your Gift Voucher. Inform the cashier about the Gift Voucher before ordering food.
• Order food & enjoy your meal!
• Provide the Gift Voucher to the cashier at the time of billing & pay remaining amount by card or cash if any.
Terms and Conditions Instructions
1. This is a Farzi Cafe GV (Gift Voucher)/e-Pay and will only be accepted at the listed retail outlets of Farzi Cafe.
2. The person who has the GV/e-Pay is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3. The GV/e-Pay cannot be clubbed with any existing offers.
4. The GV/e-Pay cannot be redeemed on the following block-out dates: 25th December, 31st December, 1st January, and 14th February.
5. The GV can be converted into e-Pay as per the convenience of the holder.
6. The GV/e-Pay balance cannot be transferred to another e-Pay account, exchanged for cash, or converted into any other form of currency.
7. The e-Pay balance must be linked to the registered mobile number.
8. After conversion into e-Pay balance, this GV is valid for partial redemption. The balance would remain in the e-Pay balance and can be used for multiple transactions within the validity period. Multiple GVs can be combined and added to the e-Pay balance.
9. The GV/e-Pay can be used for all purchases of products and services at the listed Farzi Cafe outlets and its sister brands.
10. Only valid GV/e-Pay at the sole discretion of Massive Restaurants shall be accepted for redemption.
11. The GV/e-Pay CANNOT be revalidated once expired or cancelled under any circumstances.
12. Massive Restaurants/GyFTR is not responsible if the GV/e-Pay is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
13. If the GV/e-Pay gets blocked on account of a technical issue, it will be enabled within 72 hours.
14. Any dispute should be referred to the company from which the GV/e-Pay has been received, and the company's decision shall be final.
15. Massive Restaurants/GyFTR reserves the right to withdraw, modify, cancel, or change the offer at any point without prior notice and at its sole discretion.
