If you were given a printed or plastic Carrefour voucher, you need to add it to a SureGifts account before you can spend it.
New to SureGifts: download the SureGifts app or visit suregifts.com, create a free account, then go to Add Voucher and enter the voucher code printed on your card.
Already have an account: log in, go to Add Voucher and enter the voucher code. The voucher will appear under My Vouchers and is ready to use straight away.
Vouchers sent to you digitally are added to your account automatically, so you can skip this step.
Redemption Instructions
How to Redeem Your Suregifts Voucher via M-Pesa at Carrefour
Important: Your Suregifts voucher is redeemed via M-Pesa at Carrefour Sarit Centre.
You are not presenting the Suregifts voucher directly to the Carrefour cashier.
You will complete the redemption through your Suregifts account by selecting the M-Pesa till number for the specific counter you are standing at.
Follow these steps
1.Log in to your Suregifts account.
2.Go to My Vouchers.
3.Select the voucher you would like to redeem.
4.Click Redeem.
5.Under Merchant select Carrefour then click Continue.
6.Under Store select Carrefour Sarit Centre.
7.Select the M-Pesa till number for the counter you are standing at. For example if you are at Counter 1 select the M-Pesa till number listed for Counter 1. Make sure you select the till number that corresponds to your current counter.
8.Enter the amount you would like to redeem.
9.Enter your Suregifts PIN.
10.Review the details and confirm the redemption.
11.Once the redemption is successful the cashier will receive an M-Pesa confirmation message on the selected till.
Please ensure you select the correct M-Pesa till number for the counter you are standing at before confirming the redemption.
Please note that each time you redeem your voucher, a 5% fee on the transaction amount is deducted from your voucher balance.
